La Leche League of Arizona

La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed. All women, especially pregnant and nursing mothers, are welcome to attend our meetings. La Leche League Leaders are volunteers who have breastfed their babies.  Leaders have completed extensive training, have been accredited through La Leche League International, and are experienced in providing information and support to other breastfeeding mothers by telephone and in person.

La Leche League offers:

  • Personal help and encouragement in person and by phone
  • Mother-to-mother support and community
  • Monthly meetings (babies always welcome!)

  • Accredited Leaders with breastfeeding experience
  • Current, evidenced-based information
  • More than 50 years supporting families

La Leche League of Arizona offers free mother-to-mother support.  Membership is not a requirement to receive help or attend a meeting; however, if you wish to make a donation or purchase a membership to help us continue our mission, you may do so online. Thank you for your support!

Join us for a day of information and fun at our Spring 2015 Community and Leader Education Workshop!
